I love dogs.

I always have loved dogs, like many folks can say, but a dog who made me really change my outlook on the relationship between man and his best friend is my adorable chocolate husky, Venus. She totally changed my life when she came into it (along with her human mom, who is now my wife) and ever since I’ve been enamored with Huskies. It was a few years after moving into our home in Huntsville that I learned about Arctic Rescue, a shelter for Northern Breeds that is entirely volunteer-ran and funded by donations alone. A bit later from there, I would find myself adopting a rescue puppy from their kennels, and now we have a sweet little Luna roaming about the halls, learning life and bringing with her all the adorable puppy husky mischief you’d expect. I love these dogs, and after bringing Luna into my life I felt I needed to give back to all the dogs who are still in need of a good home.

I’ve been very honored to have been brought on as a Graphic Designer over at the Arctic Rescue, and it’s been an absolute blast to see all the dogs that have come in to the shelter during my tenure also leave to their forever homes. This is work that means something, that helps people find their best friends, and brings dogs to places they can live the rest of their lives in with peace and happiness. Sure, it’s a bit sappy, but god damn it I love this gig!

Husky Hustle concepts. I really loved the 5K with eyes, ears and tail, but sadly the detail was deemed “too whimsical”.

Our Puptoberfest even with Wolfdog Brewing was such a hit that we decided to continue the event with our partners at the brewery with Pups at the Pub. Logos built to spec for Canva templates, allowing Social Media teams to edit on the fly.
